As for the trading...yeah, no that is ok if I really wanna see snow I will drive to it. Besides you miss the smell of wet desert I can sooooo send you some wet sand. Ok well it would be wet went I sent it no promises once you got it or you could always come visit your mum.
I would take wet desert or snow anytime over ice storms. I haven't left my house in 2 days. Of course, the only time it gets cleaned is when I can't go anywhere else.....so maybe it's not all bad.

I'm so with you. I hate the snow. I hate wearing socks. I hate having to warm up my car before driving it. And I mostly hate that it lasts six months.
I love snow!!!!! Except it was my turn to be the boy this morning and I had to clear the snow of the vehicle so the girl could get to work. : ( lol
You gotta admit it is absolutely beautiful in the winter to see the snow covered pine trees and the houses lit so nicely with colored lights.
Taking the little one outside to build a snowman then warming up to a nice cup of hot coco. (or green tea)
Just remember at home it is raining instead of snow. Do you truly miss the smell of a wet desert? Enjoy the snow. I know I sure miss it.
Hey Anon (We gotta get you a better name!)
It's true. You are enjoying my winters in the rain and sand, and I think I am playing in your snow.
We could trade but I don't like some of the deserts you hang out in.
But yes I do, I DO miss the smell of wet desert very much.
Plus, you've got what? Like one month of winter left?
I am just too darn lazy to think of a name.
